Shipping

We process I fast as possible your order, please allow 2-3 business days to ship out our products (in stock) for delivery throughout Canada. Normally the order will arrive at your home in less than a week.

We must have a signature at delivery point: if  the carrier cannot have a signature (absence of answer) he will leave a note informing the customer to go to the nearest Purolator office (indicated on the note) to pick up his parcel.

We do ship to select states in the USA, please e-mail us to receive a complete list.

Returns

 If your reason is legible, we will take necessary steps to accommodate you and possibly refund your purchase (excluding the shipping fees). Please obtain a «authorized return number» at servic@foyerenligne.com
